• Relationship to the recipient and details you provide (qualities, memories, message) to create the song
• Song preferences (genre, voice, language, delivery speed)
• Payment is processed by Paystack; we do not store your full card details

How we use your information

We use your data to create and deliver your custom song, to communicate about your order (including delivery and support), and to process payments. The story and details you provide are used solely to generate lyrics and music for your order.

Payment data

Payments are handled by Paystack. We receive confirmation of payment and a transaction reference; we do not store your card number or full payment credentials. Paystack’s privacy policy applies to payment data: paystack.com/privacy.

Third parties

We work with:

• Paystack — payment processing
• Email delivery — to send your order link and notifications (via our email provider)
• Music generation — your lyrics and style preferences are sent to our music-generation partner to produce your song

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing.

Data retention

We retain order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle refunds, and comply with legal obligations. You may contact us to ask about deletion of your data where it is no longer necessary.

Your rights
