Agreement
By using YourSong.co.za and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Service description
We create a custom song based on the information you provide (e.g. name, relationship, qualities, memories). The song is generated using automated tools and human review, and is delivered to you by email as a private link to listen and download.
Order and payment
You pay the price shown at checkout (in ZAR). Payment is processed by Paystack. Prices may change for future orders; the price for your order is fixed once you complete payment. Promotional or coupon discounts apply only when valid at the time of order.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your song within the timeframe you selected (e.g. standard, express, rush). Delivery is by email with a link to stream and download. Delays can occur; we will do our best to keep you informed. If we are unable to deliver within a reasonable time, you may request a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
Refunds
Our refund policy is set out on our Refund Policy page. By placing an order you agree to that policy.
Use of your song
Once delivered, the song is for your personal, non-commercial use (e.g. gift, private listening, sharing with family and friends). You may not resell, broadcast, or commercially exploit the song without our written permission. We retain the right to use anonymised or aggregated data for improving our service.
Quality and satisfaction
We strive for high quality, but we do not guarantee that the song will meet any particular standard or preference. If you are not satisfied, see our Refund Policy for your options.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or the song. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
